Accessibility of Creative Valley@Arcadia is excellent, by car, public transport as well as by bicycle. The building is located along the A2 motorway between Utrecht and Amsterdam and is easily accessible by car (exit 7 to Leidsche Rijn Centrum from Utrecht or from Amsterdam). By train it takes only 5 minutes from Utrecht Central Station to Leidsche Rijn station. It is only a few minutes’ walk from the station to Creative Valley@Arcadia at Reykjavik Street.

The area and situation
Creative Valley@Arcadia is located about 200 metres north of Utrecht Leidsche Rijn train station. The building is located in a series of (future) office buildings that together form a closed wall between the A2 motorway, the Stadsbaan road and the future residential area. On the south side, it is connected to the existing Helix and Capgemini office buildings. Creative Valley@Arcadia has two façades, each with their own unique look: one towards the motorway and one towards Reykjavikstraat. The residential area directly behind the office wall is characterised by the large scale of the buildings, with relatively large and high
building blocks. The iconic high-rise of the future residential project MARK marks the new district with what is an exceptio-nal height in Utrecht terms. With its warm architecture, Arcadia blends seamlessly into the urban wall, while retaining its own identity.
